The“metaDisplay 2024,” a TNUA-organized contest with sponsorships from the Ministry of Education to promote innovative applications of cutting-edge displays technology, is now open to entries until May 15, 2024.
Co-organizers include National Taiwan University (NTU), National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU), National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), the Tainan National University of the Arts (TNNUA), the National Taiwan Science Education Center (NTSEC), and the Taiwan Art & Technology Association (ATATW).
The contest encourages innovative application of cutting-edge displays technology to art, metaverse and digital design. There are several awards totaling NT$650,000, including the Platinum Award, Gold Award, Silver Award, and others.
The contest entries will be displayed at: the FLTC Theater at NTU; the Stage of Light at the NTNU Art Museum; the Photography Studio at NCKU; the Center for Art and Technology at TNUA; the Han Pao-Teh Memorial Museum at TNNUA; and The Black Box at NTSEC.
The contest is open to all college and university students in Taiwan.
